1. Services
GetLeadExpo provides B2B lead generation, data research, and custom n8n and AI automation services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon in writing (email, WhatsApp, Fiverr order, or proposal).
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate ICP, targeting criteria, and any credentials required to complete the work.
- Review deliverables promptly and request revisions within the agreed revision window.
- Use lead data in compliance with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL).
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before delivery. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the deliverables produced for your project (lead lists, workflows, documentation). GetLeadExpo retains the right to reuse general methodologies, templates, and know-how.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public business information disclosed during the engagement confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetLeadExpo's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
